This folder is usually not visible on Windows systems. You have to change the folder options to enable the display of hidden files and folders.

 

As an alternative you can run the "Cubase Application Data Folder" entry from the program group "Steinberg Cubase/Nuendo " in the Windows Start menu > All Programs..
